Registration Now Open for 2025 4R Technology Review Field Day

At the free 4R Technology Review Field Day, retailers, farmers and others interested in agriculture technology and conservation will hear from experts and see field demonstrations focused on strengthening the industry’s commitment to improving the quality of Ohio’s waterways. The 4R Tech Review will be held on August 27th at the National Advanced Air Mobility Center of Excellence in Springfield, Ohio.

$2 Billion Vietnam Trade Pact with U.S. Agribusiness Set to Boost Ohio Farmers
A delegation from the Vietnamese government and business community, led by H.E. Do Duc Duy, Minister of Agriculture and Environment, visited Ohio recently to sign a series of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with U.S. agricultural companies. OABA Board Director Don Daniels was in attendance and spoke to the delegation on behalf of Ohio's agribusinesses.

Urgent Action Needed: Preserve Sales Tax Exemption for Ag Tile & Grain Bins
The Ohio Senate Finance Committee is currently reviewing the state budget bill, House Bill 96. As it currently stands, the proposal would remove the sales tax exemption on the sale and installation of agricultural tile and portable grain bins—a change that would significantly increase operating costs for Ohio farmers and agricultural businesses.
