How has your company changed over the years? Stratovation Group has grown from its agricultural roots into a versatile strategic partner across industries like tech, sustainability, and advocacy. While agriculture remains a core focus, we now support a broader range of clients, including membership organizations and startups. With the addition of new talent and capabilities, we’ve expanded our services to include advocacy communications, research, digital marketing, and video. This evolution allows us to deliver more integrated, creative, and data-driven solutions. At our core, we remain focused on solving complex challenges and helping clients connect meaningfully with their audiences.

How do you see your company growing in the future? Shared success and strong partnerships continue to fuel our momentum. We envision a future that builds on our core strengths: people, passion, and problem-solving. We’ll continue to focus on the intersection of strategy and innovation, expanding our capabilities and growing our team as new opportunities arise across platforms including: the broader food and agriculture platform; new and growing agribusinesses; ag and community organizations; ag tech; and innovation-driven sustainability.

Interesting tidbits about your business: Stratovation Group offers a comprehensive range of services—from custom research to full-scale agency support—that many larger firms struggle to match efficiently. We've grown strategically, bringing on team members with specialized expertise and strong industry networks. Recently, we released results from several landmark studies exploring row-crop and specialty-crop farmer sentiment around agricultural biologicals, one of the fastest-growing segments in crop inputs. This year, we're launching an exciting new research initiative focused on farmer-centric applications of agricultural drone technology, further deepening our commitment to innovation in ag.

How has OABA helped your business or the agribusiness industry? Going forward, we expect that our OABA involvement will play a larger role in our journey as a growing and dynamic company in the agribusiness space. Relationships are as important as the strategic counsel we provide and being part of an organization that brings together forward-thinking leaders and companies will continue to offer us value. We appreciate that OABA not only advocates for the industry in ways that align with our values, but it also opens doors to conversations and partnerships that might not happen otherwise. We’re especially grateful for the role OABA plays in supporting the next generation of ag professionals—something we care deeply about as we build our team and look to the future. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to become more involved and contribute where we can.

Anything else you would like to share:

Thanks for all that OABA does for agriculture in Ohio!
