In a political climate that only seems to get hotter, business leaders are once again sweating the year ahead. The results of the recent political shifts in countries like the U.S., Canada, the UK, South Korea and Germany have many CEOs asking themselves tough questions about how to navigate environments once again reshaped by shifting electoral outcomes and voter sentiment.
In the U.S. in particular, leaders are grappling with how to balance the growing “anti-woke” rhetoric in business discourse with the enduring imperative to serve their employees, customers and communities with integrity. Many feel paralyzed by this tension, unsure of how to proceed without alienating key stakeholders or compromising their principles.
