New Compensation Benchmarking Coming in 2026

The survey, which will be distributed to OSAP's association members, will launch in January

OSAP, as a member of the Association Societies Alliance (ASA), is once again bringing our members a new benefits and compensation study.

The 2026 Compensation Benchmarking Survey will launch in January 2026, once again conducted in partnership with ASAE and Gallagher Surveys.

This survey provides valuable insights into association compensation and benefits trends nationwide, helping SAEs and their members make informed decisions about staffing and compensation.
