Northeast Ohio Hit by Biggest Storms in Years

The NWS is working to confirm how many tornadoes occurred

According to Cleveland 19 News Meteorologist Jeff Tanchak, it's been since Super Storm Sandy in 2012 that severe weather has impacted this much of Northeast Ohio.

The severe line of storms rolled to parts of Avon and Avon Lake around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon.

From there, they started producing hurricane force winds at more than 70 miles-per-hour.
