McLachlan, who spoke at the OSAP 2024 annual conference, is a professional problem solver. Through his speaking and training, he inspires, motivates and helps to change lives and organizations through powerful storytelling and edutainment! His facilitation skills have been honed through thousands of hours working with leaders across the country. He is a TEDx speaker, devoted husband and father, avid outdoorsman and is constantly finding ways to improve his mental, physical and emotional health and wellness. McLachlan lives in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho with his wife, two sons and whatever pets they bring home.
