Eastman & Smith Presents Legal Update (and More!) for the Aggregates Industry

The Aggregates Industrial Minerals Practice Group of Eastman & Smith

in collaboration with the Ohio Aggregates and Industrial Minerals Association

recently hosted a workshop for those in the aggregates industry.

This workshop included updates on best practices for zoning, conditional use permitting, presentations from ODNR and the Ohio EPA and several other timely and relevant topics.

The aggregate legal team, including Brian Barger, Todd Long, Mark Elliott and Luke Barcy provided vital information regarding many of our zoning and land use challenges.

Special thanks to Jennifer Woodman with ODNR for providing a regulatory update and to Alyson Cycyk and Walter Ariss with the Ohio EPA for updating us on the draft General NPDES permit.
