Welcome OAIMA New Associate Member - Redwey Transport
Redwey Transport, Ltd., formerly known as Redskin Transport, was established in April of 1990. Redwey was the in-house, wholly owned, dump trucking division of Van Wey Sand and Gravel located in Newark, OH. Van Wey Sand and Gravel had owned dump trucks and delivered much of its own aggregates from the early 1950s and until Redwey Transport was spun out of the family-owned, sand and gravel producing business.
Redwey currently owns and operates 40 units and manages many owner-operated dump trucks. We operate out of three locations; Zanesville, Carroll with our headquarters located in Johnstown, OH. Now in its fourth generation of Van Wey family ownership and management, Redwey Transport has trucked millions of tons of construction aggregates around central, southern and eastern Ohio and have served the smallest residential aggregate need up to some of the largest construction projects in Ohio’s history.
