As a follow-up to our regional silica workshops held in 2024, the OAIMA Safety committee has assembled a comprehensive workshop to help OAIMA members comply with this new rule.
Compliance with this new rule is required for metal and non-metal mine operations on April 8, 2026 and applies to mine operators and contractors. Compliance measures take time and should be started now!
