April 14 (2:10PM) - 15 (2:10PM), 2015

TCC Fly-in

Registration is open for the annual Transportation Construction Coalition Fly-In on April 14-15, 2015.  The 2015 event may be the most important one in the history of the TCC as the extension of MAP-21 expires at the end of May.  Your congressional delegation needs to hear from you about the importance of continued investment in transportation infrastructure to the nation’s economy — creating jobs while building the future. We must get Congress to act before it is too late, so plan to attend now!

This year’s fly-in returns to the Hyatt Regency Washington located at 400 New Jersey Avenue, NW in Washington, DC – just steps from Capitol Hill. Hotel room reservations should be made directly with the Hyatt Regency Washington no later than March 12th. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space availability basis only. Please let the hotel know you are attending the “TCC Fly-In” to receive the discounted room rate of $315 + tax per night. Call 1-800-421-1442 or 202-737-1234 to make your reservations now.

Prior to the start of the fly-in, there will be a meeting of the Highway Materials Group on April 14, 2015 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency Washington in Columbia Ballroom A. The Highway Materials Group, which works to bring the voice of the construction materials sector to the surface transportation reauthorization debate, is composed of the American Concrete Pavement Association, Associated Equipment Distributors, Association of Equipment Manufacturers, Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute, National Asphalt Pavement Association, National Ready-Mixed Concrete Association, National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association and Portland Cement Association
